We offer Semaglutide and Tirzepatide at competitive rates*
We will support you in your weight loss journey using these newest medications. These are poweful tools which can help you shed those unwanted pounds. However, if not used properly, you can lose muscle mass and lower your resting metabolic rate making them less successful over time and making it difficult to get off of the medications in the future. We help you to use these medications in a thoughtful way with the goal of tapeing off the medication and maintaining your goal weight
We help monitor your progress and advise you on the best diet and exercise to optimize your success.
Other peptides and supplements, including Sermorelin (which helps increase growth hormone levels), Leusynergy, and iCell, can be added to support you further.
If you are local then coming in for metabolic (resting metabolic rate) testing is an excellent consideration as it will allow us to truly personalize your dietary goals and monitor your progress.
You start with a 30-minute consultation ($99) with Dr. Dan to confirm your eligibility for the program.
COCFM'S Weight Loss Program
There is a monthly membership
fee of $175.
Membership can be cancelled at any time but you are required to remaine a member for 3 months time following any peptide medication order.

- Resting Metabolic Test with Consultation: $175 (non-member $200)
- Active Metabolic Test with a Consultation: $175 (non-member $200)
- Combination Resting and Active Tests with a Consultation: $350 (non-member $400)
- 3-month Personalized Nutrition Plan add-on designed by a Registered Dietician, personalized based on your Resting Metabolic Test results: $250 (non-member $300)

Semaglutide Injections
The medication price ranges from $80-$120 per month, depending on your dose.
Total monthly cost of Membership + medication is generally between $275-$385.
Tirzepatide Injections
The medication price ranges from $175-425 per month, depending on your dose.
Total monthly cost of Membership + medication is generally between $325-$600.
Sublingual Medications
We do offer sublingual forms of Semaglutide and Tirzepatide.
However, we encourage the use of injectable forms as the sublingual forms do not tend to produce as significant results.
